I am looking for a potential roommate. Just 1 person, no couples or families please. I would like someone responsible, reliable and someone who prefers a quiet, clean environment. The house is fully furnished. You will have a private bedroom with a queen size bed and your own Tv. You will also have your own private bathroom. You will also have use of the rest of the house as well. Located in Evanston NW. 1200/month includes utilities and internet. Looking for mid May or June possibly.
