Preferably looking for Students or working Students needing a place for the summer and going back to school within the age range of 18 - 30 years as the average age of tenants is 22 years. Banff trail room in a house with 6 other roommates available to start renting June 1st till august 31st. Bathroom: One bathroom for the tenants upstairs(3) Utilities: Utilities are included in the rent with a fully functional wi-fi router, water, heating system, and laundry machines. Behavior preference: No smoking(Up for reconsideration) and pets More info: House has a common area and kitchen for cooking. No damage deposit required, rent is $630 a month paid at the beginning of each month.
