| Hi Hello. My name is Shawn. I've been renting a home in South red deer for the last 15 years. My fiance and I moved in with the option to buy. She passed away a year after moving in. I decided to just rent, back then not knowing if I was going to stay in bigger home alone. I stayed as a renter. My landlord has decided to sell the property due to needing to leaving the country for family. I work full time at Red deer airport as an aircraft technician. I have been a cat guy all these years. I do have 2 sisters that I adopted 4 years ago that are inside cats only but they do like a patio if that's possible. I've been givin three months to get re established. I am 62 years old . Good shape. Very quiet. Don't drink alcohol or anything like that. Never missed a rent payment. If you can help an older guy get settled in a new home. That would help alot. |
