| Looking for a responsible roommate for June 1st in a two bedroom suite. I am located in a very quiet and convenient area close to Sperling Lake sky train station in Burnaby, close to a strip mall that contains dental, barber, bar, and grocery store. Bus stop is right beside our place that will take you straight to Sperling Lake sky train. A little information about myself, I am currently a Manager working at Granvilla Casino, I am a very quiet person and a very hygienic one at that, I deep clean the whole place at least once or twice a week. I am super busy currently with my work and my hobby, usually won’t be home from 12pm-11pm most nights. So your privacy will be obsolete. My room is actually the size of a second living room, so the actual living room and bedroom, and another open area can be for you. Those areas are currently unfurnished so feel free to do whatever you want with the space. I am searching for a student, a professional, and not a couple, smoker, or a partier. If you think you contain these traits, feel free to send me a message and tell me information about yourself and let’s get to the next step which will be a viewing. My landlord will be looking for reference and credit check, though an okay credit won’t mean a negative because I will be the primary renter still. You will only be paying for rent (1150) and the internet (Fiber250), hydro, energy/gas, insurance will be all paid by myself. We have our own seperate laundry and dryer room as well.
