| Private room and 1/2 bathroom in shared house. $990 month to month. Private space includes large bedroom (Attic room), small lounge, 1/2 washroom. Personal space, unfurnished. Shared kitchen, front room, full bathroom, laundry, deck, and garden. Communal space is shared with a considerate and quiet woman in her thirties and her small dog, and the owners of the home, a mature couple, part-time. The owners visit about 1 week each month to visit family in Victoria. We like the house to be a safe, relaxed and quiet space. If that sounds like something you would enjoy, please reach out to us. Utilities included except wifi and 1/3 electricity. Available June 1st. No smoking on the property and no pets. Parking available on the street for one car.
