| Girls only! A separate room for rent is available starting JUNE 1st in a 2 bedroom apartment near southdale plaza and Niakawa park. Its a decent size room with a big closet. You will be sharing it with me only and I am looking for 1 tenant only. Overnight guests won’t be allowed. Living room will be furnished with Sofa, TV, and dining set! You would have to bring your own furniture for your room. Apartment is very clean and building is very quiet. I can DM the photos of the room. Parking will be available for additional cost.
