Currently available: Two large rooms with good closet storage, $650 and $675/month (one room is a bit larger). Utilities and internet included. Shared kitchen and bathroom, large living room, sun/plant room, big deck and garden, some basement storage, laundry, on-street parking. 5 minute walk to both the University of Winnipeg and HSC (U of M Bannatyne Campus); perfect for students! We are seeking kind, tidy, respectful and responsible roommates. Our space is queer and BIPOC friendly. We enjoy sharing space and wish to create a cozy home where you feel comfortable and relaxed. Games nights and meals with pals are most welcome, however this is not a late-night party house. One of us is a student, and one of us works full-time. Our neighbourhood is diverse and we have many wonderful community-minded neighbours. If these are things that you value, you'll fit right in! We have a sweet medium-sized dog that doesn't bark. |
