Most houses on the row are complete and near complete, so I suspect construction would be limited in the coming months. Check out the Rockland park website for more information on things like the community centre that is currently under construction. Some of the pictures of what it is supposed to look like have been enclosed. You are welcome to drive by the unit to see what it looks like, as the address is 201 Haskayne dr, but you would be unable to see the inside prior to signing the lease. Lease is 12 month lease starting July 1st, but am open to early possession once I have access to the property and can hand keys over. That way you would have the long weekend to move in. |
