| Hi our little private self contained bachelor suite is available right now until ONLY the end of June as it is 100% taken for July 1st. We are looking for a single person with no pets (but likes dogs) as this is a small carpeted space with only a single bed. We are just looking for someone who needs a short term place and isn't looking to move much in. Would prefer a student or someone in town for work who is sober, not on meds, and no one fleeing sketchy situations. We ourselves are conservative hippies upstairs who are obsessively clean and orderly, and don't allow chemical fragrances or cleaners. No smokers, vapers, or "I just quit"-ers. We prefer healthy natural folk but clean order loving folk. Minimalist autistically clean folk. Besides that we are friendly people who mind our business and avoid drama. I'm a gardener and I just care about my gardens, my dogs, organic food and taking care of this house and property. We're looking for someone who was raised right (maybe by tough boomer parents who demanded you were always good helpful thoughtful respectful grateful guests like I was that would be great) to just be a chill low impact person staying in our suite so I can pay some bills. It's not fancy but it was recently painted and it has been PROFESSIONALLY deep cleaned for you by a very good cleaner. You have no obligation other than to keep it clean down there and then pay a professional of my choosing to have it cleaned when you vacate. My standards are very high and cleaning isn't cheap so the cleaner you are the less I have to pay someone else out of your deposit. Price includes utilities and high speed wifi but FYI sometimes Shaw sucks and I don't have some fancy reliable business wifi I can guarantee you. There is a nice TV but no cable or game console (I have no idea how to do that stuff you'd have to figure that out yourself big nice TV is just bonus if you want because I'm not using it). I will only reply to people who introduce themselves and seem like they've read the full ad. I'm adamant about clean but I'd prefer to never be micro managing anyone. No move ins without full rent and deposit paid in full first. |
