| I have a room in a 2 bedroom appartment in Canmore available May 1st. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Quarry Lake with many hiking and biking trails nearby. The room being rented is the larger of the two with a walk-in closet but is currently not furnished other than a chest of draws and mirror. A big doggo lives here, so must be good with dogs but no more pets, sorry. This is a quiet space to call home. Looking for an outdoorsy, longer term, individual (no couples and no WFH's). A car is preferable as the location isn’t great without one but the local #5 does come close enough to walk to if needed. Price is $1100 per month (includes wifi and all utilities). If interested please let me know a bit about yourself, how long you are looking to stay, how clean you can keep a kitchen etc. :) Looking for the right person, not just any person! |
