Preferably people with a growth mindset, that want to achieve more in their life. Obviously clean and organized is a requirement. If you workout that is great and we can hit the gym as well. If the first roomate is a girl they'll have input on the selection of the other roomate (including deciding if it's a girl for their own comfort) If the first person is a guy, then it will just be guys.
