| LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE Hey there! Are you in search of a new place to call home? I'm currently seeking a roommate to share my home with. The space is fully furnished and located in the friendly neighborhood of Greenview with great amenities nearby. If you're a clean, responsible individual who enjoys a peaceful living environment, we could be a perfect match! You'll have your own private room and ensuite, and we'll share the common areas like the living room, kitchen, and yard. I'm excited to find a new roommate who will share the space. Currently there are 2 adults, 1 kid & 2 cats. I would prefer to bring no more pets into the home but I am open to discussion. The rent is $800 ( this is not just for your room, but the shared house) plus a damage deposit. Utilities vary season to season ($100-$200) each typically but there is room for higher or lower. Internet is $30 each. Also, you need to provide your own tenant insurance. And we all contribute $30 towards household items like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels ect. Each month.
