| Looking for a new roommate as my current one will be leaving in May. 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom, and en-suite laundry, walk-in closets in both rooms. 24th floor apartment on Jasper ave with LRT access 1 block away and a great view of the river valley. The building also has a free gym, underground parking (for an extra fee), an off-leash dog park, and easy access to several restaurants, stores, and cafes I am a 26 year old male who works a full-time 9-5. I'm Quiet, clean, and respectful. I do have a 30 lbs dog who is extremely friendly and abnormally quiet *Listed price does not include the cost of Power+Internet (water and heat included in rent)* |
