| Hi there, I have a room for rent in Whitecourt that is available immediately. This Room has been deep cleaned from floor to ceiling. The house is located close to the golf course, downtown, and parks. Comes with a queen-sized bed and bedding, hardwood floors, triple-sealed windows, and a locked solid-core door(these keep the room as quiet and secure as possible). The room also includes a small work desk(there is a bigger one in the living room that is shared), a huge chest of drawers, a clothes closet, and a room-darkening shade. There is also a small TV that is not hooked up to the Shaw subscription but can be used for gameplay, DVD, or your Streaming account. There is a brand new 55-inch TV in the living room(shared with two other tenants with a high-end subscription including Showcase, TSN, Sports Net, HGTV, and all the Sting Ray music channels to name just a few ), a dining room table, and a fully appointed kitchen(I love to cook so there are all sorts of cooking accessories), a nicely appointed bathroom with a rainfall showerhead, washer, and dryer(including a folding table) On-site parking(with access to a plug-in), internet, and central air conditioning(awesome in the summer) and a small work out area with a bench, adjustable dumbbells, Bosu ball, and 10-pound weighted ball are also included to use with the room. Smoking is allowed either on the deck or in designated areas around the outside of the house. Here is what is not included.....animals of any kind(I love them but they bark or scratch, so no pets allowed)....screaming babies or children, (this is not a place where you share the home with a family and their pets)....parties, or loud music is not tolerated...And finally "Me", I live elsewhere and try to stay out of your life and space.
