| I'm looking for a roommate to share my spacious 4-bedroom house in the Terrace area. The house features a large walkout, swimming pool, and hot tub. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area, already occupied by myself and my son. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living room. Please note that I have 2 small dogs, so no other pets are allowed. Additionally, while there's a heated garage, it's currently set up as a home gym. There are 3 parking spaces in the driveway and ample street parking available. A park is conveniently located across the street. I may consider a single parent with one child, but space is limited.
