Backyard access--apple tree, deck, compost bin. Washer and dryer on the premises. Semi-private entrance to the house. Street parking, though there’s a possibility of getting a designated parking spot alongside the garage. Monthly rent and security deposit are $1215. One year lease required. Utilities included. Move-in date is flexible; as early as June 1, no later than June 15. No dogs but we might be open to a cat, depending on the circumstances. We’re seeking a quiet, non-smoking tenant who will take very good care of the space. We aren't looking for a couple. Also, if you're a noise-sensitive person, this probably isn't your ideal home, as we have two small children and you'll hear their tiny feet daily!
