Common areas include laundry, tv area. Plenty of room available for storage in the basement. Kitchen has all necessary utensils, and supplies. I am a professional male in my early 30s. I enjoy reading, hiking, and mostly minding my own business. I share the house with my dog and gf. Not too picky about the lease, 35% utilities (gas, water, city) Cable and internet included.
