| Looking for a roomate between the ages of 20-25 to occupy the basement space in my home in St.Albert. It is not a basement suite (no seperate kitchen/laundry) it is a full basement room with small storage area and bathroom/shower. The kitchen and laundry rooms are shared by everyone in the house. Being a home occupied by people in their 20's you need to be okay with noise and some late nights from the other residents. The basement room goes for $900/month, all utilities and internet are included, there is streetside parking if you drive. The add says not pet friendly but that applies more to dogs/cats as the house already has 2 cats (lizards, fish, caged animals are okay) if you are interested please get in contact with me through my cell number listed on this add. |
