| Amazing location! Roommate wanted. June 1, $1500/month. Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 3rd floor condo downtown. It is mostly furnished and ready to enjoy. Rent includes: 1 bedroom, your own separate bathroom/double sink, utilities, WIFI, cable. Parking may be available if someone in the building rents a space to you. Everything is walkable and a bus stop is across the street. Condo is Located downtown, close to everything (Quadra/Johnson area). Large southwest facing balcony with Barbecue, outdoor furniture, and umbrella for shade. There is a communal rooftop deck as well. Inside has a gas fireplace, laundry, fridge, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. The suite is non-smoking. I'm 63 years, fun loving, nice, semi-retired from advertising agencies as a Creative Director. I enjoy doing projects, golfing, happy hour and recently purchased a wooden kayak that I am refinishing (offsite). I like watching sports, playing/listening to music, art, and creative things. Looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and not make too much noise late at night and just be respectful of each others space. If you're interested in checking it out let me know.
