| I have a Room for rent in my downtown apartment :-) looking for someone who works full time/part time or a student. I am a 26 year old woman and I am very outgoing and friendly. I work full time at a daycare from the hours of 7:30am - 4:30 Monday to Friday. Quiet hours are from 11pm onwards during the week. Guests are fine to come over as long as notice is given in advance. I’m a pretty easy going person and I’m looking for someone to share my space who will be respectful and easy going as well. Drugs and big parties are not welcome here. This is a non smoking building so no smoking on the decks. If you smoke you’re allowed to smoke downstairs outside on the sidewalk. Utilities, high speed internet, insurance, hydro, cable are all included in the rent. Laundry is in the unit as well :) I have cups plates utensils pots pans cups etc that you are free to use as well as all the appliances. Anything that is in the apartment you’re free to use. The unit is air conditioned and has heat in the winter that can be controlled from within. There is also a dishwasher. Rent is 990 a month everything included.
