ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on the property. There is a shared ventilation system for the house, so if you smoke anything, this place is not for you. Sorry, but my insurance company does not permit me to have pets in the house. Rent is $1700/month for one person or $1900 per month for two.
