| Looking for a female roommate for our shared four bedroom five bathroom townhouse, three blocks from VIU. The available bedroom is on the third floor and has its own private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and balcony. The room is very quiet and spacious and can comfortably fit a Queen size bed, desk, and bookshelf. The main floor of the house has shared living, kitchen, and dining areas as well as a two piece bathroom and front and back patio spaces. The available bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Rent is $870 + utilities, which are split between the four of us. The townhouse was built in 2021 and we are the first tenants to have lived in it. The other roommates in the house are all female VIU students in their early to mid 20’s and are super friendly and easy going. We all get along very well, some things we enjoy include spending time outside/hiking, baking/cooking, and watching movies.
