Upstairs, we are a family of adults with our cute Retriever Mix. Our previous tenants have typically stayed for an average of 2-3 years and have become cherished friends and extended family. While we do prefer long-term tenants, we are open to a 6-9 month lease with options to renew or extend. This monthly rate includes WIFI/CABLE/ALL UTILITIES (hydro/gas/water/garbage collection) so there is no further add-ons than if you rented an apartment excluding utilities.
