The cottage is lakefront; ideal for boating, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. Enjoy the convenience of Betula Resort Store for necessities such as food, gas, beer store, ice cream shop and mini golf. THE COTTAGE: • Stunning lake views, sunsets and wildlife from the many windows or large deck. • Lots of comfy seating in the great room to allow for perfect lounging around the wood burning fireplace • kitchen equipped with all of the essentials • 3-piece bath • Bedroom 1 has Queen bed with sliding doors overlooking lake • Bedroom 2 has Queen bed • Bedroom 3 has Queen bed • Bunkhouse has 2 Queen beds with great views of the lake • Sleeps 10 • Large deck overlooking the water with dock at waterfront. • Fire pits – one in-front and one in back of cottage • Plenty of outdoor seating • BBQ with propane and BBQ tools. • Linens provided – down duvets and variety of pillows (feather and synthetic) • TV with Satellite. • 2 Kayaks, party island, floatables, water mat and a variety of life jackets provided • AC, heat • WIFI internet • Near boat launch, public beach, close to hiking trails • NO smoking, NO parties, NO pets Other things to note • FIREWOOD: provided • WATER: 1 bottle of drinking water will be provided. The tap and shower water is drawn from the lake and goes through a filtration system but still not recommended for drinking.
