The apartment has decent size windows to give you a reasonable amount of natural light. • 737 Irvine Street is a 2 and a half storey, 17 unit apartment building with approximately 6 apartments on each of its 3 levels. This is an adult building therefore no kids are allowed. The only kids that would be allowed are from current tenants who have children after moving in. It is located on the Northside of Fredericton down the street from the new francophone school École Les Éclaireurs for children in kindergarten through grade 8. This brick security building with a new intercom system is well built. It has concrete walls in between the apartments from side to side and in the main hallways for soundproofing and fire protection. There is plenty of free paved parking beside the building so each apartment has at least 2 parking spots. There is a full-size yard in back of the building. The bus stop is conveniently located in front of the driveway. I have extra parking spaces at some locations that non tenants can rent for only $59 per month. • I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2024. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2024 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2024.
