| Private semi furnished Room in Private home. Shred facilities Kitchen, Bath, Laundry and Living room. Heat/Lights are included. You have access to Wi-fi, a deck, and a Bbq. There is parking for one Vehicle. Motorcycle welcome. As we are older, we prefer an non-smoking (no substance abuse) older working male. Must be willing to share upkeep of premises inside and out. We prefer no pets, but a small dog may be considered for the right person. This is close to Bayside Drive and Grandview Ave. Please call 506-609-8262 after 6pm. Room is available by the 23rd. |
