Description
Sub Leasing my small bedroom in a shared house. $550 everything included (heat, electric, wifi) About the place. it a two story, 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a backyard in center city St Johns. 10 min walk from downtown, 20 to MUN. We currently have one small room available for rent May 3rd- Beginning / Mid August (Flexible). About the room: It is a small cozy furnished bedroom on the second floor. See photos for more details. It can be rearranged to suit your needs. About the roomies youll be living with for the summer. Christeen is an artist and musician who works as an art admin. In her spare time she makes art, gardens, plays music and chills with her charming tuxedo cat Stevee who lives at the house. In the house we/she likes to be pretty calm most of the time, but she does practice the drums in the basement (at reasonable hours and with warning). She's lived in a bunch of communal houses and considers herself pretty respectful of living spaces. Antoine is a Phd student at MUN studying the social networks of puffins. In his spare time he likes to hike and rock climb. He also works from home and prefers a pretty calm home. We all pitch in on cleaning once a week on our own time with a rotating chore calendar/wheel. About you: We hope to find someone financially responsible and emotionally mature, at least insofar as it pertains to us and our living situation—i.e., someone who is able to pay bills on time and able to talk about and resolve any potential conflicts. We are not looking for a late night party roomie as we are kinda done with that. no sexism, racism, homophobia etc. If you’re interested in living with us please respond with a little bit about yourself and anything about how you like to live/cohabit with others.
