| Looking for a tidy roommate, I am offering a bright UNfurnished spacious 15.6"×13.6" bedroom large enough to fit a king size suite with double closet, the room is located next to the main bathroom in the floor plan pic and facing Dartmouth Yacht Club located at the bottom of Burnside park. Features fully equipped kitchen, spacious furnished corner unit with huge balcony overlooking the Halifax Hbr views. Bus stop is conveniently right out front, close to Dartmouth Crossing shopping (Costco, Walmart etc) scenic walking trails, can provide more pics upon request. This is a pet free home for those with allergies in a non smoking environment, there is a designated smoking area if required. Please, share some info about yourself to see if we are compatible. I prefer long-term stays but open to short-term. The price is all inclusive with wifi, power, hotwater, heating, parking and in suite laundry. |
