The apartment is unfurnished and has in-suite laundry and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with six appliances (Microwave, frige, dishwasher, oven, laundry and dryer). The location of the building is fantastic with Sobey's just across the street and the bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the building. Both Dalhousie and SMU are located quite near as well. Rent is CAD 2,200 and includes water and heat utilities. Power, tenant insurance and wifi are excluded. There is also gym facility available in the building that is included in the rent. Parking is available at additional fee of CAD 175.
