We are within a short walk of a convenience store, drug store, pub/restaurant and bus stop. Also, it's a 15 minute walk to a major supermarket, liquor store and beautiful parks with hiking and walking trails. Rent includes everything: electricity, heat/AC, Internet and streaming services. Rental also comes with one parking space, but there is also ample street parking when it is not wintertime. We are also open pets, pending a discussion and introduction. Ground-level includes a small porch area and entrance hallway, large living room with 75inch flat screen, a decent-sized fully equipped kitchen (with stove, fridge and dishwasher, and sit-down dining room. New stacked washer and dryer on the same level as the bedrooms. Sliding doors in the dining room, lead out onto a large back-yard deck with patio furniture and a large BBQ. Steps from the back patio lead to a grassy back-yard area. Here are the bedroom dimensions and set-ups: Main bedroom 13 X13 – King bed 2nd Bedroom 12 X13 – Queen bed 3rd bedroom 10-X 11 – Single bed There is one other bachelor unit in the basement that is occupied by the owner who travels a lot for business. Appliances include a fridge, deep freeze, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and TV.
