Shopping, grocery stores and banking 5 minutes walk. Buses to MSVU is 20 mins, Dalhousie and SMU is 30-40mins. We seek a quiet, responsible female tenant with no smoking, pets, or guests. Criminal check will be required. Rent is $850/month with a $425 security deposit, and both short and long-term stays are welcome. The private room includes a full bed, dresser, fan, lamp, closet, curtains, bedding (if needed), mini refrigerator, and a food cupboard.
