Have always had great students stay and enjoy living here. Some students who have already lived out in homes with other students but found there study was impacted, have chosen to live here for their semesters, they totally enjoyed the atmosphere, everybody treated like adults and have all succeeded in their exams. May suit research student, post doctoral etc. student have their own fridge and microwave, coffee machine. but gave full use of a common kitchen. Walking distance to all universities, Dal, St Marys, hospitals, coffee shops, groceries, cinema. 5 mins to spring garden walking . Bus routes outside the door. Downtown Halifax in the southend.
