| I am looking for a mature, considerate, and responsible roommate to share costs in this beautiful, 2-bedroom apartment in the North End of Halifax. This apartment has fantastic light, lots of windows (and plants), good airflow, a very large balcony and always room for more plants! It has a dishwasher, two bathrooms, large bedrooms and closets and an in-unit washer and dryer. If you take the bus, the number 7 bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away. Amenities and the Hydrostone Market are close by. Apartment cost details: Rent is $1,811, which is $905.50 each. Heat and hot water are included. Power and internet are shared between us. About me: I am 47-year-old artist with a professional day job. ;) So, it is not uncommon for me to rotate or change the artwork on the walls in the apartment. I am a morning person who enjoys being up early, and I strive to live a healthy lifestyle and love cooking healthy meals. I enjoy a positive, peaceful and clean home environment. I spend a good chunk of my weekends painting and going for hikes. Because I have celiac and scent/chemical sensitivities, I would love to find someone like-minded, to share this space with me.
