| Thank you for looking, *picture for attention* We are looking for a family friendly rental or rent to own property in NS or a property to rent with intent to purchase but not rent to own. May even consider a land rental option that we could park a trailer or tiny on for same period of time. We will be relocating from Northern BC by Summer 2024 and the early bird gets the worm. We will need a rental accommodation to start out for the first 2 -3 years in which after this time we will then be purchasing. Would consider land options that may be rent to own, also would consider possible owner financing depending upon terms otherwise will wait until my prior stated deadline. My husband is an electrical apprentice and will be finished and a journeyman within a year and I am a nurse. Open to any areas currently in NS. We could also offer a trade off for work done ie electrical, carpentry, or things of that nature as my husband has training in many trades or even respite care to reduce monthly rental costs but not necessary. Would prefer anything rural and where it is temporary for a few years we are flexible on the size and could make just about anything work. We do not drink or party and usually keep to ourselves. My husband does vape but only outside. We are clean, quiet and respectful tenants. We always have our rent paid on time and have past rental references. We also have our own tenant insurance.
