| Hello Friends! I am looking to sublet a room in my three-bedroom house in Dartmouth for April 1st. Rent would be 1150 a month, and everything is included in the rent (including the wifi)! The house is within walking distance of the NSCC Akerley campus and is just up the street from a bus stop. It’s a good neighbourhood and is very close to Shubie Park. The house has a massive backyard with a fire pit, patio furniture and a garden I use to grow veggies in the summer. There are one and a half bathrooms and a washer and dryer onsite. There is also a garage attached to the house has space for a deep freeze. It is a split-level home, so there are at least six steps to get into the living area or the basement—one step into the living room and four steps to get into the house from the outside, so it’s not the most accessible. There is no smoking on the property, and it is an environment with limited scents. I am allergic to strong scents, ranging from mild sneezing to potential hospitalization, so the house is limited in that regard. Adjustments to the kitchen will be made if anyone has food restrictions or allergies. I currently have a four-year-old fixed female cat, so pets will be considered case-by-case.
