I don’t rent to smokers or pet owners, sorry. The building is a 4 unit. There are no laundry facilities in this unit. One parking spot. Large private shared backyard, if you want to set up a BBQ. I’d prefer rental references, but work references will be accepted also. The unit is currently being upgraded (new paint, kitchen countertop, 2 new window inserts) and more pictures will be posted once the work is completed. * Please respond to this ad and tell me a bit about yourself i.e. where you work, your full name and age, how many people would be living in the unit, etc. * If I think you'd be a good fit, I'll send you a copy of the "house rules" and we'll go from there. I generally start with a 6 month fixed term. If you are not a good neighbour/tenant it likely won’t be renewed. I do this mainly for the sake of the other tenants -- you are directly over another apartment. I will be away starting March 4th for a few days, so don't expect a response around that time.
