You should be: A non smoker Someone that doesn’t lead a drug assisted lifestyle. (Pot is drugs) A person that doesn’t work from home and works full - time. Someone that knows how to interact positively and is respectful. Someone that is active around the apartment and has the life skills to keep things clean and maintained.
