Likeable things: -Freestanding home on a VERY large lot -on the bike trail, walking distance to high school/SportsPlex -easy to manage home (aka small) -great light -one level living -big kitchen -lots of parking -great location -washer/dryer hookups (machines not provided) -pet friendly -fridge, stove, dishwasher included -dry living level -nice lofted ceiling in living area -neighbours at a distance -small shed for storing outdoor equipment Things that you might not like: -smallish home (750sq ft total) -minimal storage (basement is crawl space and can get wet - not for storage) -home is close to the road -bedrooms are narrow and long -on Town water but has a septic system, not Town sewers (you will have to pass a septic usage test, kind of joking/not joking) -be prepared to be responsible for snow removal and *half* lawn care (lawn is very slow growing for the most part) -has laundry hookups, but machines are not included If the ad is up, it’s available. |
