| Hello! My name is Keith I'm a 47 yr old male and my friend S. Is a 46 yr old female. I also have an adorable two yr old Cat. We are looking for a 3rd Roommate to rent with us beginning August 1st in two and half mths. We are located in the North end of Brockville on Millwood Ave. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 level townhouse/Condo. There are 3 bedrooms on the top level and a basement set up as well. You would have your own room, your own living space plus your own bathroom with standup shower, plus the upstairs main level which has the kitchen, dining room and living room. We have laundry on site as well as a dishwasher! There's also a tennis court that has a basketball net too. The rent is $700/mth each plus hydro and internet divided by all 3. This mths hydro bill was $241 divided by 3 is $83 each plus $18 each for wifi. So usually around $800 - 825 total a mth with those 3 bills. Not bad at all compared to what else is out there. In the spring summer and fall the hydro is less cause no heat is on. In the winter it's a bit more but not that much difference. We have baseboard heating that works very well. The condo association pays for everything else. Garbage, recycling and mowing of the grass once a week. We are looking for a responsible person preferably around the same age, but not a must. Looking for a working professional, not looking for loud people or partiers. Parking space available as well. We're more so looking for a roommate not a border who keeps to themselves. Someone who doesn't mind helping with cleaning the main level that we all use as well as their own space. We're clean, friendly, responsible and easygoing, looking for the same.
