| Master bedroom with beautiful view, new fireplace, walk-in closet and private entrance to bathroom available May 1st to single male 20-40 only. Shared w two other males, house is very quiet and clean. Very comfortable living so please be a normal guy with a job and you must be ok with dogs. Dogs are very quiet and you won't see them as they live in the basement apartment but come up to main floor to eat/go out. We are close here and will choose someone who is a good fit only and will be screened properly before renting. Will require last month deposit and then first month upon moving in as per usual agreement when renting a room.
