| Hello . I live in Collingwood and I’m looking to rent a room in Collingwood . I’m 45 years old . I don’t own a car , so I’m looking to rent a room near the Walmart area in Collingwood . I do have a full time job . I don’t smoke or do any drugs . I drink very minimal . I don’t party and won’t have any guests over . I’m allergic to pets . So no homes with pets please . And because I’m very clean , I’m hoping you are as well . Hopefully , AC , wifi and laundry is included . I can only afford $ 700 a month .
