The room: 1 bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. It comes with a newish queen-size mattress & bed, has a closet, and a fan. It has an east-facing window so you get the sunrise. Price: $1,000 per month (INCLUDES utilities and internet). Location: Burnhamthorpe Rd & Dundas, Etobicoke, near Islington Subway. Lease terms: Long-term preferred. Required documents for application: First & Last month's rent, Credit History, and References. The Place: It’s a 2-bedroom apartment in a low-rise building, a 10-minute walk to Islington Subway, bus top nearby TTC bus 40, 50, and MiWay 26. There is Rexall, Dollarama, Rabba, and Thai restaurants near us. Kitchen & bathroom are shared. We don’t split general household items like toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products but you can buy your own if you prefer. *Cleanliness - we keep the kitchen and bathroom and front hall clean and expect mutual respect by cleaning up after ourselves. This is very important to us. *This is a non-smoking place. No pets please as we have a cat that is treated as a family. About Us: We are looking for one roommate to join our place.
