Essentials - 1 Full week only $2,300 - Main house - 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 double beds (Clean Bedding Included)) / 1 bathroom with shower - Bunkie sitting over the water has 2 single beds, couches, tables, and games (Clean Bedding Included) - Propane fireplace to keep you warm on cool evenings - Updated kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc) - Large dining area - Coffee machine with filters - High end water filtration system - TV in living room with Internet - New 30 foot dock installed November 2022 - The river is very slow moving, deep, great swimming, and boating, no weeds and excellent fishing - BBQ outside with one full tank - Large firepit outside by the river with Muskoka chairs and great evening lighting - Paddle boat, and 2 tandem kayaks (one of which is equipped for fishing) - Large lily pad for relaxation and river fun - Toiletries and towels are not supplied - The exterior of the cottage has been freshly painted, new windows, new roof, and updated landscaping in the back - $500 damage deposit required, as well as valid identification |
