The room is in an apartment of 2 rooms, it is large and is on the 10th floor, with a view of the water, Great location right in front of the bus terminal(Perfect for lambton college students as the express bus is right there) and in the building there is a small convenience store, gym, sauna, event room, games room, laundry, security and parking. It would be to share the apartment with just the 3 of us (my boyfriend, me) and the other person, I can rent the room furnished or unfurnished I have an extra personal refrigerator for the room, a queen size memory foam mattress and a table, (you’ll need your own mattress protector and bedding) In the rent I include all utilities And it's $850 ➡️AC AND HEAT INCLUDED ➡️Daily my vacuum robot will clean the apartment I have videos of the apartment available to see The person applying must be: -Clean and ok with sharing cleaning weekly duties(only clean the bathroom and kitchen) -Don’t cook with strong spices like cumin, cayenne, etc as I’m allergic. -ok with holding deposit or last month rent Email me [email removed] if you’re a student, and okay with the requirements:) thanks! |
