A hearty garden of vegetables, herbs and flowers! Our combined monthly fee of rent plus services covers the following: * Private furnished bed/sitting room with flat screen TV * Heat, hydro, water, air conditioning * Parking or Scooter storage * All linens/towels supplied, changed and laundered weekly * Personal laundry washed, dried, folded and returned weekly * House cleaning once per week * Toilet paper/Paper towels supplied * Basic Cable TV included * Netflix subscription and unlimited wifi internet included * All indoor/outdoor maintenance and upkeep provided * Personal garbage removed and mail hand delivered * Continental Breakfast provided daily * Coffee/Tea always on hand * Holiday events and monthly socials organized * Owner/operator and former nurse lives separately onsite to be your daily 'cruise director, comic relief, coffee pal or just a caring soul...available 24/7 most of the time.
