| Hi! I'm on the lookout for a new roommate, and would love to hear from folks out there looking for a place to live :) I am moving into my new apartment in June, and it is a two bedroom. The apartment is spacious, has high ceilings, big windows, lots of closet space, access to the fenced in backyard, and has parking and laundry on-sit. The apartment is located in The Ward area of Guelph (about a five minute drive to the University, and downtown Guelph.) It's walking distance to grocery stores (Angelinos, Ethnic Supermarket), Royal City Brewing, and some beautiful trails and parks, including Eramosa River Park. I don't move in until June 1, but I do have some photos available for anyone who might be interested. We are hoping someone can join us for June 15th, or July 1st. Rent is $1000/month and we will split utilities (hydro/water/internet) If this sounds up your alley, and is within your budget, please feel free to reach out to me and tell me a bit about yourself. ABOUT ME...I'm a 36, single, and am a professional actor/musician and also teach music. I have an adorable mini-poodle named Bowie (after David)...so you'll have to be okay with pets! I'm clean and like my space tidy, and am looking for someone who will treat the space the same. I enjoy cooking/baking, gardening, playing music (albums AND instruments lol), exploring the city and the nature surrounding it. I hope to find a roommate I can get along with well, and am not opposed to hanging out and spending time together. I'm 420 friendly (but no smoking in the apartment), and my favourite way to unwind is a joint and a glass of wine. |
