Close to many parks and schools, shopping. 2 car garage, backyard with deck, unfinished basement. One cat (neutered male) lives in this household. I am a single mom with a loving 11 year old daughter. We are very clean and tidy. We love to have friends over, listen to music, BBQ out back. We are respectful of others and their property.
