Close to Concession St and Upper James, a few blocks from the Mountain brow and downtown. Looking for a clean, respectful renter who is working full-time. Will rent on a Monday to Friday basis if you are working in Hamilton during the week and want to save on the commute for a lower price. This room is for one person only. Tell me a little about yourself, where you're working, how long you will need the room etc. Should be available early May as existing tenant is coming to the end of his working contract.
