Comfortable twin pillow top bed, nightstands, bookcase, desk, chair and lamps, along with reclining chair and coffee table. (Only available furnished) Access to the laundry room with new high-end LG washer/ dryer, and the kitchen for meal prep. There are no other common areas. There are no chores or responsibilities other than maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Everything is Included: Wi-fi, Rogers TV cable, and utilities. Bonuses: Because of my severe asthma and allergies to artificial scents, the following items are also included in the price of rent: -cleaning products, -laundry soap/softener, -dish soap -a cleaning lady once per month to wash floors This is a quiet, peaceful space.
