| My finance and I are looking for a 2 bedroom unit. Our combined monthly income is $6000 monthly.... I'm an Ironworker (Local 700) and my wife receives close to $2000 on O.D.S.P. I'm just returning to work after a 8 month layoff, due to permit issues with the 2 residential apartment buildings on South St. We can afford up to $1800 - $2400, and also open to subletting until September. Money is tight at the moment, and interested in finding someone who would be willing to work with us on last month's rent. I have an application in to receive a short term loan (to cover deposit & last month's rent), and imagine this would take a week or so to go through.... once we've found a place. We have first months rent, moving expenses... and additional money for miscellaneous cost. We have good credit, excellent references... and with a recent death in the family, just looking to relocate until the sale of our current residence.
